Our weight training vests are designed to hold up to 4-9lbs (up to 18 total), using our custom inserts.
Steel inserts offer a compact, consistent weight, while sandbag inserts allow for adjustable load and a more dynamic feel. Both are great for different types of training.
Our sandbags ship empty or filled (empty reduces shipping costs). They come with instructions for easy filling using play sand or similar materials.
