Our sandbags ship empty or filled (empty reduces shipping costs). They come with instructions for easy filling using play sand or similar materials.

We support men’s mental health through connection, mentorship, accountability, and action. Along with donating 10% of our profits to select nonprofit organizations serving men and veterans, Forge of Unity provides group conversations, community check-ins, and one-on-one coaching focused on helping members work through challenges and move forward with purpose.
As we grow, we plan to expand this mission through training camps, workshops, and in-person events built around physical training, shared experiences, and meaningful conversation. While Forge of Unity is not a substitute for professional mental-health care, we are committed to helping men feel supported, connected, and less alone.
